Troubleshooting Industrial Control Systems

This is an instructor led, competency based program designed to instruct students in a logical approach to troubleshooting. The student is given procedures on how to approach the problem and use soft skills to solve the problem. The student must solve the problems in a limited amount of time. A strong emphasis is placed on blue print reading and understanding of standard control circuits. The student are instructed on how to solve the problem and find the failed component on the first try within a given time frame.

Prerequisite:
This is an advance course for master electricians, who have experienced working with and troubleshooting industrial control systems.
Format:
Instructor lead / Online
This is a 50 hour course. It can be split up in lessons of 3 to 4 hours each. At least 1 lesson per week, however not more then 2 lessons per week. We recommend two 4 hours lessons for 6.5 weeks.
